Building on its momentum of a successful $30 million round of funding earlier this month, Guavus, a provider of big data analytics solutions, acquired a fellow startup this week--Montreal's Neuralitic Systems. The group helps mobile operators analyze data about their subscribers. According to TechCruch, it "provides a 360-degree view of subscribers' and roamers' mobile usage." Guavus has raised close to $80 million since it was founded in 2006. It has 350 employees and is opening offices in Singapore and London, and has an engineering facility in India.
